The entity presents its innovation model to a new prestigious scientific and technological generation with an international profile.

In correspondence with its activity at boosting and promoting innovation, KIMbcn has participated recently in the first edition of the Barcelona Week Stage, a program showing the professional options that the city offers to post-graduate and last courses students of prestigious international universities.

Within this activity, the most innovative companies of the 22@ district, among which we can find KIMbcn, presented their models, projects and installations to thirteen post-graduate students in Computer Engeneering from the State Univestity of Library Studies and Information Technologies of Sofia, Bulgaria. During their visit, these students have expressed their interest in enjoying the work opportunities in Barcelona.

The Week Stage is included in the project ‘Do it in Barcelona’, an initiative of the city council designed to attract young talent and promote Barcelona as a place to develop enterprising, professional and scientific projects. The city offers all the resources, useful information and specific advising to create start-ups, while it makes the most of the opportunities of the different research centres in technology and science.

Through this first Week Stage KIMbcn shows once again its close cooperation with the academic community and its willingness for the innovative collaborations, especially in the international talent attraction, as it is shown in its own team, integrated by international professionals.
